  • On-Site Technical Services: Extensive field work including coordination and consultation with electrical subcontractors, general contractors, lighting designers, end users and facility managers for accurate and timely installation, use and maintenance of technology systems.

    System Commissioning: Programmed and commissioned 10+ concurrent startup systems along with servicing and troubleshooting post-occupancy systems in federal and commercial buildings, along with residential homes.

    Remote & On-Site Support: Managed and triaged incoming Service Desk tickets, rapidly resolving service requests both remotely and in-person, demonstrating ability to work independently or within teams. Traveled extensively throughout the DMV area, US, and internationally for on-site consulting, system commissioning, client education and troubleshooting.
